Wellness Clinic Front Desk Receptionist (West Houston) in Houston, Delaware For Sale

Our wellness clinic prides itself in providing quality health care and results to all our patients. We are looking for the right full time candidate to join our team as our front desk receptionist to share and promote our vision of providing total wellness to the as many as we can.
The ideal candidate will:
Perform thorough opening and closing procedures as assigned
Perform accurate health insurance verification and billing
Efficiently and effectively MULTI-TASK front desk responsibilities
Exceed the expectations of our patient by providing top-notch customer service
Promote the clinic to potential new patients over the phone, in person, and outside events
The ideal team member must be:
Extremely organized
Passionate about the services we offer and exude that everyday
Quickly adapt in a fast paced and high stress environment
Positive attitude and demeanor
Very energetic and able to stand for long hours
Familiar with various computer programs and software
Eager to learn our processes
Eager to represent our clinic at community events
Respectful of Doctor and other staff members
Willing to fill in to other positions if needed
Flexible with scheduling if needed
Focus and complete tasks by deadlines
Past experience with insurance verifications and billings is ideal. Must be able to interview on Tuesdays or Thursdays and start immediately if needed.
