TWOGETHER MAIDS ANSWERS ALL YOUR QUESTIONS
Who will be in your home?
Your home is cleaned by a regularly assigned crew and day each time. You wouldn't have a different crew unless informed. Same day each rotation and approximately the same time each cleaning.
What Time will the Maid be at my home?
Our normal work days are Monday thru Sunday from 8:00am to 8:00pm. We will make every effort to meet your needs, but a specific time is hard to set. You may request an a.m. or p.m. time slot. Please allow a 1 hour window of time to show up.
Do I have to do anything before my cleaning day?
In order to give you the best value for your money, we ask that you straighten up the night before. All clothes, papers and toys should be picked up the night before. The crew does not wash laundry or dishes. You can also have a day of organizing for $60.00
Do I have to be home?
Most of our customers are not. For security, the company controls all keys every day, and only the crew assigned to your house has access to the key. Keys are coded individually and kept at the office. Otherwise, keys must be left out for us on the cleaning day. We would prefer alarms not be set on your assigned day. If you need us to set an alarm that will be fine for us, we keep all the codes on file for alarms and garage pads control.
What if I need to change the scheduled cleaning day?
You must give a 24 hour notice for changes. Please advise us as soon as possible so unnecessary trips won't occur. Or you can also text us if its after business hours ()
How do I pay for the services?
Payment should be left on the day of each cleaning visit. Checks are payable to TWOGETHER MAIDS including the Driver's License written down on the bottom of the check. If you forget to leave a check, please mail to: 928 Sterling Creek Cir Katy Tx. 0. If you're paying by Credit Card, the information will be taken on the date and time of service and the end of the cleaning. If you want us to keep in our system you credit card information make sure you let the office know for future services.
