How much will it cost to clean my house?
Since every house is unique, we base our pricing on factors like the size of your home, number of residents, number of pets, number of bathrooms, how often you want us to clean, clutter, surfaces of countertops and floors, etc.
We schedule our cleanings by your needs Monday through Sunday 7:00 a.m. -- 8:00 p.m. Our estimates are fair with quality service.
Will all house cleaning visits cost the same amount?
The first house cleaning visit usually costs more than next visits. Once this initial visit has occurred, your home basic cleaning will be easily maintained with our regular visit cleanings with a flat low rate. You will receive an estimate for both for the initial cleaning and the regular house cleanings up front.

How do I get ready or prepare for the cleaning?
We ask for it to be as picked up as possible in order for us to focus on cleaning your house. If there's anything in our way will pick it up and put it where we think it's the right place. Alarms, codes, or any others have to be given before the cleaning.
How many people will be in my home during each cleaning?
TWOGETHER MAIDS as our name says, there will be a two uniformed working ladies in your home/office. When there are more than 2-3 girls it's because their schedule it's really booked, but you'll always see the same faces that you're used to.
What if something was not cleaned properly?
If you are ever unhappy with any area we've cleaned, simply call our Office at Monday- Sunday 7 am-8 pm () within 24 hours and we'll return the next day and re-clean the area to your satisfaction, sending the same crew for better understanding of what wasn't done right.
What If I Need to Reschedule a House Cleaning?
TWOGETHER MAIDS has to be contact at least 24 hours prior to your cleaning visit. Our cancelation policy is: You may cancel or reschedule a cleaning visit 24 hours prior to the visit at no charge.
How do I make my payment?
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash or checks/money-orders payable to TWOGETHER MAIDS. We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards. Returned checks are subject to a $15.00 processing fee.

What if something gets damaged or broken?
TWOGETHER MAIDS is fully insured and will try to repair or replace anything that gets damaged or broken as a result of an accident caused by one of our staff. It is our company policy that our teams report any incident that occurs. Please note that if you do have something of extreme value, we ask that you inform us in advance so that we can show a high level of caution. If anything is ever broken or damaged, you will be notified and we will try to replace or repair the item immediately
