Basic Function: The Book keeper, Purchasing Agent, & Personal Office Assistant position is accountable for the book keeping operations of the company, to include the production of periodic financial reports, maintenance of an adequate system of book keeping records. Assistant duties to include varies day-to-day tasks. MUST HAVE EXTENSIVE KNOWLEDGE IN EXCEL & QUICKBOOKS!
